it with your contact details, delivery and return information and credit
card information (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX). |

| Send
back the form by fax on +377 97 97 20 88 with a copy of your credit card
and ID (driver licence of the credit card's owner). |

| Your
reservation will be confirmed few hours after the reception of your order
with your assigned telephone number. |
|
| On
your arrival day, a pre authorization will be done on your credit card to
guarantee the payment, this authorization will be hold on your credit card
account, similar to the procedure used by hotels and car-rental companies,
it's not a pre payment or a deposit. |

| Your
reservation will be fully cancelable up to 24h prior arrival without any
extra fee. Delivery and pick up fees will be charge for a last minute cancellation. |
